Abstract:Practice-reflection orientation claims that the knowledge which affects a teacher's professional development comes from his/her reflection of experience. Teachers' education experience is a magic weapon for them to improve their education practice. Schon put forward that practitioners have a collection of knowledge-in-practice -- database to guide their practice in his book of The Reflective Practitioner. A practitioner’ database contains all the personal experience, and Situation leading is the basic characteristic to tell the diffirence between database and copying of methods. Database provides examples and guidance for teachers to “seeing-as” and “doing-as” in the education situation.
