Abstract: As an important educational resource, the school system passes the attitude towards morality and values. According to analysis on moral education system of T middle school in C city, some problems including involution of moral systems, de-morality in evaluations, less integration between moral education and teaching and relatively lower specialized level in teaching groups still exist in middle schools. This article analyses these problems and their internal structures, and proposes measurements to optimize and solve them.
