The Main Problems and Strategy of Teachers Team Construction in the Frontier and Minority Areas:Based on G county of Yunnan Province

Abstract:At present, There are many problems in our frontier and minority areas, such as unreasonable structure of teachers, low professional level, less training opportunities, the high attrition rates and lack of bilingual teachers and so on. To solve these main problems, this paper puts the following suggestions: Perfect the safeguard mechanism of frontier minority areas teachers treatment; innovate frontier minority areas teachers configuration system; strengthen teachers' training; Stick to national characteristics and regional characteristics of the construction of the teachers; expand the teachers team construction of external support system.
