Abstract:The effective questions depend on effective strategy of questioning. The strategy of questioning is a basic rule, method and skill. It is an important indicator for teaching level and professional ability. The differences between novice teachers and professional teachers are mentioned in a wild range, but it is rare for skilled teachers. Based on the observation frame in self-designed classroom, the researcher compares and analyzes the questioning strategy between 9 skilled teachers and 9 novice teachers by observation, audio, video analysis and structural interviews. The reflections and suggestions are contributed to teacher training and professional development.
