Abstract:The paper is to explore the relationships among general well-being, job burnout and mental health of special education teachers, by using a questionnaire to survey 233 teachers from special education schools. The results show the following: the special education teachers all demonstrate a moderate level of general well-being, general well-being, job burnout; there is a significantly negative effect among general well-being, job burnout and mental health of special education teachers; the depression, interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive and hostility in general well-being serve partially meduim has moderating effect between job burnout and mental health.
