Abstract:Since the new curriculum reform has implemented, each province,municipality has developed its own comprehensive quality assessment standards program based on the national fundamental development goals. However, the standards are characterized with the quality of deficiency and merit. This study has selected the standards from Zhejiang Province and Chongqing,two quite different regions, to compare and analyze about the standard formulation, framework, approach, content and standard implementation, which will indicate the suggestion for the quality assessment standard amending.
