Abstract：The cooperation of high schools and universities in cultivating creative talents is an innovation in the cultivation of creative talents. Nowadays there are some problems in the cooperation of high schools and universities cultivating creative talents. In order to have achievement in the cultivation of creative talents, some suggestion are provided. As for the education institute, the high schools should be the chief education institute, rely on the universities’ resources and have deep cooperation with them. As for the educational objectives, the law of growth of the talents should be respected, and the cultivation of the creative talents should be popularized. As for the way of selection, we should select students scientifically, use the combination of the selective identification and the procedural identification. As for the teachers, we should enforce the training of the creative teachers, promote the professional development of the teachers. As for the enrollment system, we should reform the college entrance examination, construct the “overpass” of the talent cohesion.
