Abstract:This paper analyzes high school students’ career guidance situation in Fujian province,which finds out that career development levels among key schools and non-key schools, boys and girls,and different grades are significantly different. Schools and teachers are lack of career guidance to students.Schools should pay more attention to the career development guidance to students, and increase the teachers’ knowledge of career development and improve the ability of teachers' career development guidance.
