Abstract:Choosing the path of development on preschool education in rural area should consider the case in rural area, the path should be operated to keep the balance development between present and the future, the equity and efficiency. In theory, the path of development includes capital path, regulation path and professional path. In reality, the follow paths often be used, communication between the city and the rural area, resource reorganized, the government leading and expert joining, the formal and informal preschool institute. Using the optimized and reasonable paths should perfecting the law and regulation, letting the government play a leading role, and reorganizing multi-path.
