Abstract:The rapid development of brain science is constantly injecting new vitality into the reform of teaching methods. This paper explores the optimum state for classroom learning— the relaxed alertness, from the perspective of brain cognition. It focuses on the teaching reform measures to be taken, including: the use of Baroque music to inspire α brain waves, the design of effective method to stimulate students’ positive emotions; converting teaching form as novel stimulus. So that students can tide over thinking trough and improve alertness. By the results of experiments, these methods are proved to provide an effective way to improve learning efficiency and teaching quality.
