Abstract:Under the influence of the Mediated Learning Experience Theory, Peer Mediated with Young Children procedure is newly introduced by Tzuriel and Shamir. By modifying children’s mediating ability, it aims to improve their cognitive ability. After the description of Peer Mediated with young children (PMYC) theory and PMYC programme, it offers a new PMYC model according to Chinese education’s environment. Meanwhile the implications of this theory are included.
