孔子和席勒美育思想比较研究——兼论蔡元培对二者的继承

Guide 孔子和席勒分别为中国和欧洲重要的美育思想家。孔子在两千多年前的春秋时期站在自己的政治理想上提出了美育主张，即通过“兴于诗、立于礼、成于乐”的过程，培养“志于道，据于德，依于仁，游于艺”的素质，进而成就各方面和谐、完善发展的“君子”和“成人”，以求达到“从心所欲不逾矩”的自由的道德审美境界。而席勒则站在启蒙运动的浪潮之中，针对当时欧洲尤其是德国的时弊提出了自己的美育思想，他以康德的哲学和美学思想为基础，提出了“游戏说”，认为审美是连接感性和理性的桥梁，审美使人恢复完整的人格，进而获得自由，最后使人达到道德自由。蔡元培受到孔子和席勒美育思想的深刻影响，在自己的教育思想和实践中兼收两家之长，并有自己的发展。本文拟从美育思想的产生、人文思想基础、美育原理和目的几方面，在可比性的基础上对孔子和席勒的美育思想进行阐述和对比，最后略论蔡元培对二者的继承和发展。

Abstract As important thinker of China and the west Confucius and Schiller have both discussed about aesthetic education, and their theories have important influence. Confucius and Schiller's thoughts about aesthetic education are in the humanistic basis, the content of the aesthetic education, methods and purpose, etc are comparable. And Cai Yuanpei inherited and developed the Confucius and Schiller's theories about aesthetic education.
