关键事件在个体人生发展过程中起着非常重要的作用，教师作为一种特殊的教育群体，其教学过程中的关键事件对于其成长同样会具有不可代替的价值与意义。本文主要立足教师教学过程中的关键事件，探求其价值，触发其效绩，希望帮助教师实现关键教学事件技术开发，同时盼望教师可以利用自身丰富的关键教学事件经历，促进其不断实现专业化、社会化，也期望对于关键事件理论的建构产生新启迪，打开新思路，开拓新视野！
Critical incidents play a very important role in the individual life development. As a special educational species, the critical incidents in the teaching process have the same value and significance. This paper explores the value and performance based on teaching incidents in the teaching process, and helps them make the critical teaching incidents technology come true. Hope to promote the professionalization and socialization of them by taking advantage of abundant critical teaching incidents, and to generate new theory enlightenment, explore a new way of thinking and expand new horizons about critical incidents theory!
