摘要

苏霍姆林斯基有过辞去教育局长职位回到帕夫雷什中学继续担任校长并实现自己的教育理想的经历,这一传奇经历的背后是他"自下而上"校长学观念的深刻体现。这种思维方式的高度体现就是围绕全面和谐发展人的培养,重视与之相关的教师和家长利益及需求,并在目标达成的过程中也实现校长利益及需求。也就是说,从密切关注学生、教师、家长等教育相关者利益及需求入手实现追随者目标进而达成领导者和上级教育目标。挖掘并阐析苏霍姆林斯基校长学的思维对提升我国基础教育质量及校长职业化的实现有着深刻的启发意义,在呼吁"教育家办学"的时代下也尤为必要。

Abstract

Sukhomlinski once Resigned the Position of Superintendent of Local Educational Department and Returned to Paflesh Middle School ,Continuing his work as a Principal. Behind this Legend is the incarnation of his thinking of from-down-to- up as a principal. This kind of thinking is highly embodied in focusing on training up students of fully development, thinking highly of benefits of its related people ,such as teachers , parents, and principal’s own benefit during the realization of the ends. That is to say, beginning from paying attention to benefits of students ,teachers , parents and etc. to realizing followers’aim ,then finally to realizing the leader’s and its high authorities’aim. Exploring and Explaining the thinking of Sukhomlinski’s principalship is valuable and not only improves the quality of our country’s Basic Education , but also realizes the principal’s professionalization. It is a necessity for the times of appealing for Educationist.
