摘要
澳大利亚政府于2011年7月颁布全国首个中小学校长专业标准,该标准由校长领导能力的三个基准要求和五大专业实践领域构成,为全澳校长提供专业学习框架,引导校长的自我反思、评价与发展,帮助校长管理自我与他人,体现了统一性、协调性、合作性、科学性四大特点,对我国中小学校长专业标准的制定有一定借鉴作用。
Abstract
Australian government promulgated the first National Professional Standard for Principals in July, 2011. The standard which consists of three leadership requirements and five professional practices of principals providing principals a framework for professional learning in Australia, guiding self reflection, self-improvement and development and guiding the management of self and others shows the four features of unification, coordination, cooperation and science. It will enlighten us when we start to make our own standard for principals.
