The establishment and development of teacher community are important way for school transformative change and teacher development. The construction of teacher community by means of friendship relation will weaken presentations of dissents and creative ideas. Friendship relation is not the necessary condition of teacher community’s construction. The deep commitment to student and education is the foundation and necessary condition to teacher community’s construction.
