Sharing the High Quality Educational Resources:the Fusion of Principle, Situation and Tactics

Abstract

The key of promoting the balanced development of education is to realize the balance of the educational resources, and specially the high quality educational resources. We have gained some good experience in recent years, but there still have some questions. The article analysis the meaning of principle, situation and tactics and their relationship in traditional culture of China, and makes use of which to analysis the problems existing the practice of sharing the high quality educational resources, and putting forward that if have the validity improved,the most important thing is to realize the fusion of principle, situation and tactics.
