Abstract In order to achieve the ambitious plans of developing the country by relying on science and education, our country attaches great importance to the profession of teacher, issuing a number of policy documents to guide the teachers' reform, such as Merit Pay Reform, Positional Title Evaluation Reform and so on. These reforms can not only improve the position of teachers, but also perfect the living conditions of teachers. In the meanwhile, as these teachers' policies are implemented in the practice field of teachers, they become significant factors in influencing the teachers' job satisfaction. In order to improve the teachers' job satisfaction, this article will be based on the analysis of the questionnaires and interviews and extract the main policy factors that affect the teachers' job satisfaction, such as the performance wage system, teacher leadership, teacher evaluation system, teacher training and so on. By analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the policy factors, the article puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions so as to provide reference for relevant departments to revise and improve the teachers' policies, and eventually enhance the teachers' job satisfaction accompanied by the implement of the improved policy above.
