摘要

责任伦理以其主体性、结果性、公共性与现实性为分析高中班主任教育责任提供了研究视域。高中班主任的身份多元与功能扩展等因素使其在履行教育责任的过程中出现了缺失、过度与滥用等责任失范现象。高中班主任教育责任正面临着地位性、功能性与主体性三重限度,这使得高中班主任只能承担有限的教育责任。这就需要重构高中班主任的核心责任、切实履职的关系以及教育责任的范式。

Abstract

The responsibility ethics provides the research the view on analyzing the responsibility of education of class adviser in subjectivity,consequent,publicity and realism. The factors such as multiple identity and function expansion of class advisers in high school make them are confronted with the loss,excessive and abuse liability anomie phenomenon in the process of fulfilling the responsibility of education. The class advisers in high school are facing three limitation about the status,function and subjective,which makes the class advisers in high school only assume limited responsibility of education. We need reconstruct the core responsibility,relations of earnestly performing their duties as well as the paradigm of the responsibility of education.
