Abstract In order to research the social integration of migrant children, we do this work which used the perspective of education policy, especially the policy of education settings. Through multiple regression and path analysis ,it is found that the social integration of migrant children is obviously difference in different education settings, and education equity is an intervening variable. So, it is necessary for us to take some measures to improve the migrant children social integration from social policy, Family, School and children themselves.
